Recruiter Schwerpunkt Operations (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You screen applications and conduct interviews throughout the recruitment process
• You make quick decisions and accompany applicants safely until employment
• You keep the exchange with your departments actively running
• You ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
• You bring in ideas, question processes, and support recruiting projects
• You try out new ways to reach suitable talents

Qualification

• Evidence of experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Communication strength, openness, and joy in exchanging with people
• Routine in (telephone) interviews and a good eye for suitable candidates
• Structured and pragmatic working style, even with high application volume
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at least B2 level
• Safe handling of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and digital processes
• Understanding of recruiting KPIs and data-based decisions
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for further development
