The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry , with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a pool of pre-screened candidates. Conduct phone or video interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Key Skills: Strong understanding of US IT job market and recruitment processes.
