Job description
- Active identification, approach and acquisition of qualified professionals (active sourcing via LinkedIn, networks etc.)
- Initial conversations with candidates to clarify their suitability, motivation and availability
- Qualification of candidate profiles as well as targeted pre-selection for customer and sales projects
- Closely working together with the Account Manager
- Supporting the Sales team in preparing customer presentations, offers and pitches
- Creation, preparation and presentation of candidate profiles for customers
- Maintenance and expansion of a sustainable candidate and talent pool
- Active relationship management with candidates, customers and internal stakeholders
- Market and competitive observation in the recruitment and personnel market
- Ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the entire process
