Our partner company in Munich is looking for you as "Recruiter / Personalreferent (m/w/d)".

Aufgaben

• As Recruiter / Personalreferent (m/w/d), you will support the recruiting process in all administrative processes and daily business.
• You will schedule and coordinate interviews, as well as communicate with candidates.
• You will mentor employees from entry to exit and ensure a smooth workflow in personnel management.
• You will actively contribute to optimizing internal processes and contribute to increasing efficiency in recruiting.
• You will create reports, maintain candidate data, and support projects in the personnel department.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed a vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as a personnel clerk (m/w/d), office clerk (m/w/d), or management assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have work experience as a recruiter (m/w/d), personnel officer (m/w/d), personnel coordinator (m/w/d) or in a similar position.
• You are confident in handling the common MS-Office programs and ideally have knowledge of SAP.
• Your structured and self-reliant working style, as well as your high level of engagement, set you apart.
• You have secure verbal skills in German.
