Tasks

• You find and contact suitable candidates over LinkedIn & Co. for our exciting customer projects
• You create convincing and personal cover letters that are actually read
• You acquire new customers through clever candidate marketing
• You learn modern recruiting tools, automation, and clear processes – and bring your ideas in

Qualification

• First experience in recruitment or sales – or high motivation to learn
• You are written fit, curious, and can work with people – on the phone and in texts
• You have a desire to think about Tech- or Finance-profiles
• Self-responsibility is a plus for you, not a problem
• You are a team player
