Recruiter Public Transport

Are you ready to play a key role in the mobility of the Netherlands? At Level.works, we are looking for an ambitious recruiter to help our Public Transport business unit continue to grow. In this role, you are never alone: you work in a large, close-knit team where collaboration is the norm and successes are celebrated together. You are the matchmaker who connects talented candidates with top employers, while simultaneously building your own future with ample growth opportunities towards a commercial (management) role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

At Level.works, you don't have to endlessly search on LinkedIn or do cold acquisition. Our marketing campaigns ensure a constant stream of new, enthusiastic candidates who have proactively applied every day. This allows your focus to be entirely on what you are truly good at, namely conducting job interviews and guiding candidates through the selection process.

You select and inspire future bus drivers who are trained through our own Talent Academy. In this dynamic environment, you look beyond a CV. You recognize the person who has the right motivation and sense of responsibility to successfully complete this process and start working as a bus driver.

In practice, this means that you:

• Manage your own pool of practical talents and are responsible for the inflow into our bus driver training programs.
• Work intensively with your colleagues. Within our extensive team, clear communication and constant alignment are essential to achieve common goals.
• Get energy from targets. You see it as a sport to fill the training classes with quality candidates and celebrate the final 'starters' extensively with the team.
• Guide practical talents in a people-oriented way during the selection process, so they experience a flawless and positive candidate experience.

THIS IS YOU.

• You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are ready for your 1st or 2nd career step in recruitment.
• You are a proactive self-starter with a "let's get it done" mentality who gets a kick out of targets and growth.
• You understand that a career switch to bus driver is a big step for candidates and you guide them intensively through it.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and are available for at least 32 hours per week.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU.

• A guaranteed base salary of € 2,850,- with an average OTE salary of € 3,300,- and bonus potential of up to € 4,850,- gross per month (based on 40 hours)!
• An attractive bonus scheme that can amount to half a monthly salary.
• Growth opportunities: with good performance, you will grow into Recruitment Consultant or a commercial role within 12 months, including a salary increase.
• A good pension scheme and 25 vacation days.
• An NS-Business Card if you live outside Rotterdam AND the best hardware to work with.
