We are looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time for our team in the heart of Munich, Germany.
Your tasks: As a professional contact person, you will support our applicants
The creation of job postings for online platforms is in your creative hands
You will conduct presentation interviews via teams, phone, or personally
Candidate profiles will receive your personal touch and be ready for dispatch to our sales department
Together with our account management team, you will process existing orders and present candidates to our customers
You will lead contract negotiations with our candidates
You will become the future contact person for schools and various training providers 
You will identify future needs and build a candidate network in advance
The creation of statistics and reports is also part of your tasks, as well as participation in regular meetings and conferences
Your profile: You bring a completed commercial or technical education or a completed degree program
You bring a great interest and affinity for the field of recruitment and personnel marketing
A high level of responsibility awareness, self-reliance, and structured work style
Sympathetic and approachable demeanor, as well as outstanding social skills
