Your Role / Impact

You are responsible for the complete Recruiting department at Teaching Socials: from outbound sourcing to signed employment contract. No HR admin, no feel-good – pure Talent Acquisition with clear KPIs.

Your daily To-Dos (Ownership)

• Active Sourcing & Talent Scouting: LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, communities, events.
• Pipeline & First Contact: initial phone contact, quality calls, fit check against scorecards.
• Job Profiles & JD-Writing: job requirement profiles with hiring manager refinement, job postings and optimization.
• Funnel Control: screening, shortlisting, interviews coordination and conduct, case tasks, references.
• Stakeholder Management: close alignment with hiring managers; clear next steps.
• Distribution: postings over job boards & target audience channels; talent pools building & maintenance.
• Reporting: weekly reports (sourcing activity, interviews, offers, TTF, offer acceptance).
• Process & Tools: ATS/CRM management (Recruitee), templates & SOPs development.

• Presentation Interviews: You organize meetings, conduct interviews, and steer the selection process.
• Job Requirement Profile Creation: Precise, measurable profiles together with the departments.
