Aufgaben

• Career-Coaching: Win applicants for new, exciting job opportunities and plan individual career paths with them. You'll be primarily in phone contact with the candidates and will be the first point of contact for any questions about the application process.
• Job-Coaching: You're responsible for organizing interview appointments and preparing applicants specifically for individual interviews. Additionally, you'll be responsible for life optimization.
• Active Sourcing: Using direct search, you'll dig up real gems! You'll speak directly and precisely to potential applicants and conduct initial phone interviews with them.
• Feedbackgespräche: Besides the preparation conversations, you'll hold feedback conversations after the applicants have met our partner companies.
• Ideenmanagement: Your opinion is sought! Because MHC is always developing further … and that's together with you! Bring your ideas and suggestions for improvement and shape the future of MHC actively (e.g. employer branding, process design, etc.).
