Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for filling our open positions and oversee the entire recruiting process

• You review incoming applications and make accurate pre-selections

• You conduct phone interviews and quickly identify if someone is a good fit for us

• You plan and accompany our trial days together with the departments

• You ensure a first-class candidate experience and fast, appreciative communication

• You keep our applicant management clean and transparently document your activities

• If necessary, you actively approach suitable talents and further expand our talent pool

• In the long term, you will take on further HR topics and develop with us

Your Profile:

• You enjoy taking responsibility, are proactive, and want to actively shape a growing company

• You have a strong command of the German language, both spoken and written (C2 level)
