Aufgaben

In your role as Recruiter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for attracting new employees and trainees to our locations in Brandenburg and Saxony. You will accompany the entire recruiting process from planning to successful placement and serve as a competent point of contact for our management team. Additionally, you will support our trainees during their entire training period and represent our company at job fairs and recruiting events.

The position can be performed at our locations in Großenhain or Ostrau. Regular business trips to our locations in Brandenburg and Saxony are part of your tasks.

Your tasks will include:

• Advising management on personnel planning, creating and updating job descriptions and requirements profiles
• Steering the entire recruiting process from job posting to candidate selection to acceptance or rejection
• Organizing and accompanying telephone/teams interviews and presentation meetings at our locations
• Developing our recruiting channels and collaborating with personnel consultants and headhunters as needed
• Supporting the entire trainee recruitment process from candidate acquisition to start of training
• Serving as a central point of contact for our trainees, their parents, vocational schools, and guilds during their entire training period
• Closely collaborating with our trainers and management team, as well as serving as a point of contact for trainees during their entire training period (theoretical training is carried out by the respective trainers)
• Organizing and participating in training, career, and recruiting events, as well as other measures to promote the training market
• Creating recruiting key figures and supporting the development of our employer brand

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on personnel management, business psychology, or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience in collaboration with management and independent steering of recruiting processes
• Pleasure in dealing with people and interest in supporting the development of our young professionals
• Safe handling of Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ideally experience with applicant tracking or HR systems (Personio)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills, organizational talent, and confident demeanor
• Willingness to regular business trips within Brandenburg and Saxony
• Very good German language skills (C1)
• Good English language skills (B2)
• Class B driver's license
