Now we want to further develop our own team and are looking for a dedicated Recruiter (m/f/d) on a part-time basis as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

You are the talent manager for our clients

• Development and implementation of recruiting strategies – from active sourcing to social recruiting (incl. ads)
• Job postings, application management, and initial interviews for internal and external positions
• Support in strategic HR consulting for our clients – e.g., through workshops, concept development, or operational project work
• Co-designing our recruiting processes and HR projects
• Using modern analysis tools & social media channels to target talents effectively

Your Profile

Disciplined willingness to develop meets passion for recruiting

• Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Human Resources, Communications, Social Media) or comparable education
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting (e.g., active sourcing, social media recruiting)
• Proficient in using social media platforms, ad managers, and analysis tools
• Strong communication skills, empathetic, and able to present yourself in a target-group-appropriate manner
• Proactive, structured, and independent way of working
• High willingness to learn and develop, as well as enthusiasm for new trends in recruiting
• Very good German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
