Tasks

• Search and approach candidates through various channels like job boards and social media.
• Review and evaluate application documents to select suitable candidates.
• Organize and conduct presentation interviews to check the suitability of applicants.
• Close cooperation with the departments to define requirements for new employees.
• Building and maintenance of a network of potential candidates and existing employees through zvoove Cockpit
• Creation of candidate profiles
• Accompaniment and implementation of new hires

Qualification

• Commercial education (e.g. office communication, industrial clerk, personnel services clerk) or dual studies or comparable
• Structured, communicative working style
• Interest in recruiting processes and applicant management
