Job description
The P&P Group is an operational real estate investor and investment platform with locations in Munich, Fürth, and London. With outstanding technical expertise and a 30-year history, complex portfolios are realized in the segments of living and office space. Founder of the P&P Group is Michael Peter, who also invests in private equity through Rivus Capital.
Tasks
- Direct outreach (Active Sourcing) to candidates via social media channels
- Creation and posting of job advertisements on selected portals
- Evaluation, processing, and management of incoming applications
- Conducting application interviews (in person, by phone, or via video)
- Participation in the creation of employment contracts, amendments, and certificates
Qualification
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in a comparable position
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and a structured and organized work style
