Tasks

Recruiting new employees in the commercial and administrative environment,
possibly also Direct Search
Creating and posting job ads on job portals and social media
Planning and conducting measures for personnel marketing
Processing detailed applications
Coordination and conduct of presentation interviews
Contact person for department heads in the individual company areas within the framework of personnel planning
Influencing personnel development and organizational development processes

Qualification

Degree in humanities, business administration, or equivalent with knowledge and experience in the personnel sector
Career changers are also warmly welcome!
Friendly, approachable demeanor with very good service orientation
Excellent communication and team skills
Structured, self-reliant, and reliable work style
Affinity for digital communication and IT applications
Quick understanding and organizational talent
Very good MS Office knowledge
