In the interest of our mandate, we are looking for someone to fill this position in Aachen.

Tasks

• Regular, comprehensive, and individual support for a large customer regarding vacancies within the framework of labor leasing.
• Economic expansion of customer relationships.
• Personalized support for external employees.
• Recruitment / candidate management – Conducting the onboarding process.
• Coordination and communication with co-suppliers.

Qualification

• Completed education or studies.
• Multiple years of professional experience as a consultant, personnel / sales representative, or recruiter are absolutely required.
• If possible, you have already gained some initial experiences in large customer support/OnSite Management.
• You have good regional knowledge, work very well with people, and are service-oriented.
• You have a winning attitude and possess excellent communicative skills.
• You love customer and employee contact and are able to work independently.
