Recruiter (m/w/d)

Nord-Ostsee Automobile belongs to the leading automobile trading companies in Germany, with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Aston Martin, smart, Hyundai and Iveco. Our team consists of currently more than 1,600 employees in 38 centers in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Brandenburg and the Hanover region.

We are looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) to strengthen our three-person recruiting team and help take our in-house recruiting to the next level. The goal is to be a single point of contact for all candidates throughout their entire journey with us, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for one of our departments and manage your job openings from the initial request to the signing of the contract.
• We understand our in-house recruiting as a service: Therefore, you will be the permanent point of contact for your hiring manager from the department and all other relevant stakeholders.
• To fill the positions, you will use the entire toolkit of a recruiter. Based on your analysis, you will select the appropriate measures - from social media campaign to direct search activity.
• We want to further optimize our offer. As part of the team, you will develop processes with us, train leadership and ensure the quality of the entire value chain.
• Messability is the key to successful recruitment. You will help us track KPIs and keep your own numbers in mind.
• In close coordination with our marketing team, you will develop employer branding measures and support their implementation.

Qualification

• The task and team constellation require relevant experience in recruitment, which you can best round off with a corresponding study or training.
• In addition to the sovereign use of all passive recruiting channels, you are an expert in active sourcing/direct approach.
• As international recruitment is increasingly gaining importance, bring at least good English skills (C1) with you.
• To work even more process-oriented in the future, we need your structured thinking and independent working style.
• Given our currently 38 centers in four different federal states, you will work with numerous stakeholders. For this, we rely equally on your empathy and assertiveness.
