Your exciting tasks as a Recruiter (m/f/d):

Sales – you win the projects:

• You will actively contact potential new clients by phone and direct approach, awakening their interest in our digital recruiting solutions.
• You will analyze companies' recruiting challenges, identify concrete areas for action, and develop customized strategies.
• You will present your solutions persuasively and guide the process through to closing.

Recruiting – you implement them:

• After contract signing, you will manage the project independently – from campaign planning to successful placement.
• You will coordinate incoming applications, pre-qualify candidates, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Your foundation:

• You will meticulously document your activities in the CRM, keep track of your pipeline, and work goal-orientedly towards your KPIs.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing and management, contributing ideas for optimizing our processes.

What you ideally bring

• Sales affinity: You enjoy acquisition and want to actively win new clients – by phone, video call, or in person.
• Consulting understanding: You recognize potential, ask the right questions, and present solutions in a structured manner.
• People skills: You understand both the company's and the applicant's perspective.
• Initiative & Drive: You work independently, stay persistent after a "no," and aim for above-average results.
• Important: Whether it's a degree, apprenticeship, or a career change with sales experience – we are interested not in your CV, but in your hunger. Prior recruiting experience is a plus, not a must – we will teach you the craft.
