Your exciting tasks as Recruiter (m/w/d):

Sales – you win the projects:

• You actively contact potential new customers by phone and direct approach and awaken interest in our digital recruitment solutions.
• You analyze the recruitment challenges of companies, identify concrete action requirements and develop tailored strategies.
• You present your solutions convincingly and accompany the process until closure.

Recruiting – you set it up:

• After contract signing, you steer the project independently further – from campaign planning to successful placement.
• You coordinate incoming applications, qualify candidates beforehand and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Your foundation:

• You document your activities neatly in CRM, keep an eye on your pipeline and work goal-oriented towards your KPIs.
• You work closely with marketing and management together and bring ideas for optimizing our processes.
