WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Active Sourcing, particularly on LinkedIn
• Conducting structured interviews and diagnostic procedures
• Closely coordinating with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and controlling the Recruiting processes in Zoho Recruit
• Participating in internal initiatives and projects

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Multiple years of experience in recruiting in the consulting industry
• Very good knowledge of Active Sourcing (LinkedIn) &
• Ideal knowledge of Zoho Recruit
• Pleasure in interviews and diagnostics
• A very self-reliant and structured working style
• Fluent German skills, very good English skills
