Your Area of Responsibility:

As Recruiter (m/w/d), you will be the essential interface between our customers and their applicants, and thus an important part of our success.

The following tasks are part of your core responsibilities:

• Telephone pre-qualification of applicants based on jointly defined criteria

• Presentation of the job offer and convincing applicants with empathy and logical arguments

• Detailed documentation of conversations as well as forwarding information

• Scheduling of presentation meetings and coordination with our customers

• Closer exchange and teamwork with the Account Management Team to ensure placements for our customers

Attractive Remuneration:

• 2,800 € Brutto starting salary as Recruiter (m/w/d) - without prior experience

• 3,000 € Brutto after the probation period (6 months) - without prior experience

Further development and advancement opportunities are available in the next few years.

The onboarding phase typically takes 2-4 months.
