Recruiter (m/w/d)

Then join our team. We're currently building our recruitment function and are looking for someone who is eager to shape processes, excite candidates, and work closely with department heads – not someday, but now.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle from job posting to signature.
• You will conduct structured interviews and provide clear, helpful feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• You will work closely with department heads: You understand what they really need and translate that into suitable search strategies.
• You will maintain a clean candidate management system and ensure a memorable candidate experience.
• You think processes through: If something isn't running smoothly, you'll say so and bring suggestions forward.

Qualification

Must-have

• First-hand experience in recruiting – whether from an agency, startup, or in-house department
• Communication strength: You speak clearly, directly, and on eye level with candidates as well as stakeholders
• Structured work style: You know how to coordinate multiple open positions simultaneously without losing sight of the bigger picture

Nice-to-have

• Experience in sales hiring
• Basic knowledge of HR tech (ATS, CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)
