The MVZ Doceins Group provides state-of-the-art outpatient care for all patients at its locations throughout Germany. A special focus is placed on the oncological, internal medicine, and dermatological specialty areas. From Leipzig, the MVZ structures of the various federal states are centrally organized and supported.

Responsibilities

Operational Recruiting

• Management of the entire
  recruiting process for a defined portfolio of medical
  vacancies within the Doceins Group – from requirements gathering to
  filling positions (recruiting doctors, nursing specialists, medical assistants, and other medical professionals)
• Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements; selection of suitable recruiting channels as well as active sourcing
• Independent
  conducting of interviews as well as managing and accompanying candidates throughout the entire
  application process
• Recruiting point of contact for practices, site managers, and executives
• Commissioning and management of personnel service providers, recruiters, and headhunters
• Maintaining candidate contacts and building talent pools

Recruiting Operations & HR Projects

• Analysis and further development of existing recruiting processes and channels
• Evaluation of recruiting key figures and derivation of measures
• Support in the further development of the applicant management system and digital recruiting tools
• Identification of sensible applications of automation and AI in recruiting
• Participation in the further development of onboarding, introductory, and personnel development processes
• Active and creative
  conceptualization and implementation of personnel marketing and employer
  branding activities in cooperation with the marketing department

Qualifications

• Completed university degree with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Health Management, Business Administration, or similar, or completed training as a Personnel Services Clerk
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally in the medical or healthcare sector
• Good MS Office skills
• An agile mindset as well as a solution-oriented and proactive working style
• Convincing communication and organizational skills.
• High sense of responsibility, diligence, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills
