Recruiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) as parental leave coverage starting from early 2026, with the possibility of further employment.

The exact start date will be individually agreed upon. Expected to be February-March 2026.

Tasks

• Coordination and implementation of telephone and personal interviews for our nationwide projects and internal positions.
• Design and implementation of the recruitment process together with the HR Manager, Managing Director, and project leaders.
• Creation of compelling job descriptions.
• Development and maintenance of candidate pools.
• Management of communication via ATS (Recruitee/TeamHero).
• Active sourcing through recruitment platforms like XING, LinkedIn etc.
• Participation in the development of recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Qualification

• Outstanding team and communication skills (you have no hesitation about calling).
• Prior experience in an agency or startup environment, or in recruiting (ideally with a background as HR employee (m/w/d) or personnel officer (m/w/d)) for at least 2-3 years.
• A high level of self-initiative, stress tolerance, and flexibility (you keep your cool head in our dynamic environment).
• Experience with MS Office and ideally applicant tracking systems (ATS).
