1. Active Sourcing: You find qualified talents through platforms like Indeed, StepStone, and LinkedIn.

2. Comprehensive Recruitment: You accompany the entire selection process – from job posting to successful placement.

3. Profiling: You create compelling candidate profiles and provide our customers with solid decision-making grounds.

4. Communication on Eye Level: You conduct structured interviews and know how to convince talents.

5. Process Development: You develop our candidate journeys actively and bring your ideas in.

6. Data Maintenance: You keep our talent pool up-to-date and structured.

7. Customer Consulting: You advise customers professionally and recognize potential for additional offers.

Your role as Recruiter / Talent Manager (m/w/d) at Aramaz Digital:

You are the first point of contact for potential candidates and recognize what drives people. With your talent for talents, you bring their strengths together with the requirements of our customers in the food industry – and ensure that the right people find each other.

What you bring:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or recruiting – ideally with a focus on SMEs.
