Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for support for our recruiting team to find top talents that change the industry with us.

Ralph is a modern AI-house management from Berlin. We build our own software and combine technology with years of experience in the industry. Today, we already manage thousands of units and expand nationwide – with the goal of rethinking property management.

Tasks

• You take over the responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from needs clarification to active sourcing and closing.
• You are a sparring partner for hiring managers and leadership, help shape role profiles, and make quick, well-founded decisions.
• You find the best talents in Germany – proactively, creatively, and with all available channels.
• You ensure that our recruiting pipelines run smoothly, transparently, and efficiently in ATS.
• You design a candidate experience that excites talents and makes Ralph an employer visible.
• You help standardize recruiting processes, optimize interviews, and support the team in building a strong employer brand.
• You accompany the onboarding of new colleagues from a recruiting perspective and ensure that the start at Ralph runs smoothly.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a rapidly growing startup or tech environment.
• You love active sourcing and have already successfully filled demanding roles.
• You work data-driven, but also know how to convince candidates on a human level.
• You are communicative, sovereign, and can excite both candidates and executives.
• Structure, organization, and multitasking are no problem for you – you keep the overview, even with multiple open roles at the same time.
• Hands-on mentality, ownership, and a genuine partner mindset: You get involved, think with, and shape with.
• You speak fluent German and English and move confidently in an international work environment.

In-person collaboration is important to us, but flexible: 2 days a week in the Berlin office, the rest remote.
