• Learn to source and screen candidates from diverse domains using innovative recruitment tools and platforms.

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Support the recruitment team with database management and maintaining candidate records.
