As a recruiter, you will learn the trade from A to Z. From day one, we invest heavily in your skills through, for example, intensive training from external professionals in communication techniques and following the SEU training. In the first year, you will already obtain two valuable certificates.

You will apply all these skills directly in practice on the work floor. In daily practice, this means you will:

• Conduct telephone and personal selection interviews to truly get to know the talents and ambitions of candidates (our practical talents).
• Intensively and enthusiastically guide practical talents from their very first application up to and including their successful first day of work.
• React lightning-fast with your team to smartly divide the work, fill the open vacancies, and celebrate successes together (hello, champagne moment!).

You grow within recruitment based on your performance, not on fixed review moments. As soon as you meet the job requirements and demonstrate the necessary competencies, you can advance to the next step.

• You have a minimum of higher professional education (hbo) work and thinking level and speak fluent Dutch.
• Commercially driven, but always with a service-oriented mindset.
• You enjoy contributing full-time to the success of an energetic and growing team from our office diagonally opposite Rotterdam Central Station.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU.

• A guaranteed base salary of € 2,850,- with an average OTE salary of € 3,300,- and a bonus potential of up to € 4,850,- gross per month (based on 40 hours)!
• An attractive bonus scheme that can amount to half a month's salary.
• Growth opportunities: with good performance, you will advance to Recruitment Consultant or a commercial role within 12 months, including a salary increase.
