Recruiter - KI-gestütztes Sellcruiting (m/w/d)

You've been doing recruiting, sales or customer contact by phone for 1-3 years. You're good at it. Probably really good. But something's missing. You'll work directly with customers like Mercedes-Benz, Vodafone, METRO, AMEOS and Unikliniken. You'll qualify candidates by phone, build relationships, make decisions. 35,000 - 50,000 € gross/year. Full-time (40h). Hybrid: 3 days office in Essen-Rüttenscheid, up to 2 days homeoffice.
