Your Role as Recruiter / Personalberater

You'll accompany candidates and companies throughout the entire recruiting process, from the initial idea to successful placement. You'll recognize potential, understand company needs, and find exactly the right people who fit in. Whether it's from recruitment, sales, or a lateral entry, at our company, personality counts.

Your Tasks

✔ Direct contact and identification of suitable candidates
✔ Building and maintaining talent pools
✔ Consulting companies in the mid-market, personally, solution-oriented, and on an equal footing
✔ Creating job profiles and targeted advertisements
✔ Steering and accompanying the entire selection process
✔ Supporting and expanding existing customer relationships

What You Bring

✔ First experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service, preferably as a lateral entrant
✔ Communication strength and intuition for people
✔ Independent, structured work style with a clear focus on results
✔ Enjoyment of teamwork and responsibility
✔ Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
