Your role as Recruiter / Personalberater

You accompany candidates and companies throughout the entire recruiting process, from the first idea to successful placement. You recognize potential, understand company needs and find exactly the right people who fit in. Whether from recruitment, sales or lateral entry, at us, personality counts.

✔ Direct contact and identification of suitable candidates
✔ Building and maintaining talent pools
✔ Consulting companies in the mid-market, personally, solution-oriented and on an equal footing
✔ Creating job profiles and targeted advertisements
✔ Steering and accompanying the entire selection process
✔ Supporting and expanding existing customer relationships

What you bring with you

✔ First experience in recruitment, sales or customer contact, preferably as a lateral entrant
✔ Communication strength and instinct for people
✔ Independent, structured work style with a clear focus on results
✔ Enjoyment of teamwork and responsibility
✔ Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
