Recruiter & HR Generalist

The Recruiter & HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting a broad range of Human Resources activities. This role will primarily focus on hiring for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and IT positions, while contributing to HR processes that support a distributed, remote workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and fluent in advanced English, with strong communication and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. In addition, the Recruiter & HR Generalist will be responsible for coordinating job postings, managing applicant tracking systems, conducting interviews, and providing support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This role will also involve supporting various HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
