Become a Recruiter at TRIXXO in Gouda! Are you a connector with commercial drive and an eye for talent? Then we have a great challenge for you. You will earn a salary between €2,700 and €3,600 gross per month, receive an attractive bonus, and benefit from no less than 31.5 days off per year.

What will you do?

As a Recruiter, you are the point of contact for both candidates and clients. You know how to identify opportunities, build relationships, and make the right match. Thanks to your energy, commercial mindset, and organizational talent, the recruitment process runs smoothly from A to Z.

What will you do?

• Actively recruit and approach candidates through various channels;
• Build, maintain, and expand client relationships;
• Write and publish attractive vacancies;
• Conduct intake interviews and guide candidates throughout the entire process;
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and aftercare;
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and celebrate successes;
• Contribute to the further growth and visibility of TRIXXO in the Gouda region.

• You are available full-time;
• You possess a B driver's license;
• Experience within employment mediation or recruitment is a plus, but not a requirement;
• You communicate easily with different target groups;
• You have a commercial mindset and are results-oriented;
• You maintain an overview and remain effective in a dynamic work environment;
• You work independently, but are also a real team player;
• You are digitally proficient and quickly master new systems;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language; knowledge of English is a plus.
