Aufgaben

As Recruiter, you are responsible for finding outstanding Guides for our various nature experiences. To do this, you will review structured information from our application channels and conduct video calls with potential candidates and ensure a smooth application and onboarding experience. Review of applications and initial selection

• Review of applications and selection
• Brief phone or video calls to assess fit (no sales pitch, no pressure)
• Maintenance and structuring of our applicant funnel
• Tight coordination with the Backoffice Team

Qualifikation

You are a people person and communication talent. In personal contact, you find out if applicants have the Wildschytz spirit and necessary expertise. You use structured interview guidelines. Expert knowledge of mushrooms and herbs is not required, but enthusiasm for nature around us, joy in human contact, and a good sense of people makes your job easier.

• Experience in Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition or comparable role
  (Talent with a knack for people welcome)
• Excellent communication skills and a good sense of people
• Structured, reliable work style
• Safe handling of digital tools (Google Workspace, Calendly)
• Independent working in remote setup
