Job description
Leave a Mark That Lasts
Find the people who give children and families perspectives. Do you have sound experience in recruitment, are passionate about a first-class candidate experience, and want to shape selection processes in a targeted and structured manner together with interdisciplinary teams? Then become part of our HR team.
Start immediately in our FiPP office in Berlin-Neukölln as a Recruiter for Educational Professions (m/f/d) on a full-time basis (39.40 hours/week).
This is how you leave your mark
Shape Encounters: You will sensitively guide applicants through the entire selection process, ensuring they feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Decide Together: You will advise our teams to find exactly the personalities who fit us professionally and personally.
Set the Course: You will conduct initial phone interviews, identify candidates' strengths, and prepare for a smooth handover to contract creation.
Nurture Contacts: You are our face to the outside world, whether in exchanges with universities, at trade fairs, or in direct dialogue with talents whom you win over for us.
Work Flexibly: You will work hybrid and flexibly, either on-site at the facilities (for team consultations and practical relevance) or remotely from home (for interviews and administration).
Your Perfect Key to Us
Your Foundation: A successfully completed degree in Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification in Human Resources.
Your Experience: You have several years of experience in recruitment – if you have already gained this in the social or educational sector, that's a big plus.
Your Tools: You are completely proficient in modern applicant management systems and have a firm grasp of common office programs.
Your Strengths: You combine organizational talent with strong communication skills. You have a keen sense for diversity, ideally possess knowledge of the anti-bias approach, and naturally use gender-sensitive language to ensure an all-around appreciative candidate experience.
Where the Heart of Our Work Beats – Your Future Team
We are an interdisciplinary core team comprising HR development, administration, personnel recruitment, and organizational consulting. We are united by a solution-oriented attitude, a great deal of creativity, clarity, and humor. We see ourselves as strategic consulting partners for our managers and actively support the organization in projects such as the introduction of digital tools or the further development of our feedback culture.
Where You Can Make Your Impact – Our Office
Our modern office is located in the heart of Berlin, directly on the Neukölln Ship Canal, near the S-Bahn station Sonnenallee. Around 90 colleagues from the areas of "Kita and All-Day School at Primary Schools", "Social Area, Youth Welfare and School", "Communication and Personnel", and "Business Administration and Infrastructure" are shaping the future here. We are united by a participatory, supportive attitude, closely aligned with the life worlds of children and families. In addition to meaningful work, a strong sense of community shapes our daily lives. An appreciative atmosphere is just as much a part of our culture as bright rooms with ergonomic equipment. A highlight for flexible working is our rooftop terrace. It invites team events or joint exchanges and is actively used as an inspiring open-air workspace in the summer.
Become a part of a dynamic team that combines professionalism with heart, lives flat hierarchies, and jointly sets innovative impulses.
Our Benefits for You – Our "BeneFiPPs"
Informal "Du" culture and appreciative collegial interaction
Free further education and training
€300 health budget (e.g., subsidy for glasses or dental cleaning) and extensive company health management (BGM)
Fixed-term contract according to TzBfG with a clear perspective for long-term collaboration
