Your Future Workplace – Our Office
The office of our sponsor is located right next to Sonnenallee S-Bahn station and Neuköllner Schifffahrtskanal. In the "Sonnenhof", our bright and modern offices are spread across two floors. Tasks
Your Impact with Us
In the Personnel Acquisition Team, you will take over the independent management of the entire recruitment process and contribute to FiPP e. V. winning the best talents:
- Counseling departments on creating job profiles and in the selection process
- Conducting pre-screening through screening of application documents, structured phone interviews, and submitting well-founded recommendations
- Handing over to the personnel management after confirmation for contract preparation
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A TALENT POOL AS WELL AS A STRONG NETWORK THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN CAREER FAIRS, DIRECT APPROACHES, AND COOPERATIONS WITH UNIVERSITIES
- Tight cooperation with two colleagues in recruitment, personnel marketing, and department heads
Qualification
Your Profile
- Completed Studies in the field of Personnel Management, Social Sciences or comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience in In-house Recruitment, ideally in the social or pedagogical sector
- Fundamental knowledge in Bewerbermanagementsystemen as well as secure handling of MS Office
- A developed sense for target-group-oriented communication
- Communication strength, organizational ability, and joy in networking
- Sensitivity towards people, Diversity, and the shaping of a positive Candidate Experience
