Freelance Recruiter

People · Places · Performance is Sandra Lochmann's recruitment consultancy, specializing in the Alpine region: Bavaria, Tyrol, South Tyrol, Trentino. I work directly with industrial companies in the region and for an ongoing project, I am looking for freelance professional support in direct search for production profiles. Lean structure, quick decisions, you work directly with me.

Tasks

• Direct search for candidates by phone, WhatsApp, and via portals

• Building and managing the longlist in target areas

• Introductory interviews and profile qualification

• Contact with branches of employment agencies and local networks

• Accompanying candidates up to the interview with the company

Requirements

• Native Italian speaker, good German at least

• Residence in South Tyrol or Trentino — you really know the territory

• Experience with blue-collar and technical profiles: production, shift workers, maintenance. Not IT recruiting

• You prefer calling to writing, and you can handle high contact volumes

• Knowledge of the temporary employment world, ideally gained at a branch

• Active VAT number or willingness to open one
