Aufgaben

• Recruiting & Cultural Fit: You own the complete Hiring-Prozess, from job postings over Screening to interviews, and recognize who fits well into our existing team and is professionally convincing.
• Candidate Experience: You make the entire application process at our company a really good experience. Fast, transparent, and empathetic, so that applicants immediately feel how we tick, whether it matches or not.
• Active Sourcing & Talent-Pipeline: You actively research suitable candidates, speak to them directly on platforms like LinkedIn, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for future positions.
• Onboarding & Employee Journey: You shape our onboarding experience, from welcome packages over first workdays to integration into the team. You ensure that new colleagues quickly arrive and feel well.
• Culture & Engagement: You shape formats that keep our culture alive, from small rituals to team moments that connect. You collect regular feedback and uses it to develop the employee journey further.
• Recruiting Events & Partnerships: You develop events and partnerships that connect us with suitable talents, from career fairs over university events to small formats at our office.
• People Operations Support: You keep our tools up-to-date and document workflows along the candidate and employee journey, and use KPIs to find bottlenecks and support in preparing documents.
• Employer Branding & Communication: You develop our employer brand further and make it visible on career sites, social media, and recruiting campaigns.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, ideally in the Tech- or Startup-field
• Freude daran, Menschen durch Interviews zu führen und echte Potenziale zu erkennen
• Empathie, Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke – you find quickly access to people and build trust
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Recruiting-Tools like Personio, Join, and LinkedIn
• Teamplayer with Hands-on-Mentalität and joy in making things more efficient
• Neugier for Robotik, KI und Deep Tech – you interest yourself in future technologies and want to understand how innovation arises
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• On-site in Berlin – you work daily on-site, directly with the team and our robots at real impact.
