We are looking for a creative and driven Recruiter to join our team in Mexico City ! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s growth, identifying and attracting top talent . You will ensure a seamless and inspiring candidate experience, helping us build a world-class team in a fast-paced environment. Location: Mexico City (Full-time) Key Responsibilities: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on Marketing and Operational positions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through regular communication and timely updates. Build strong relationships with our current employees to encourage referrals and promote our employer brand. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our processes.
