Recruiter / Bewerbermanager - Teilzeit (m/w/d)

We are looking for a new part-time employee (m/w/d) for our Recruiting Team, who will support us in finding suitable applicants for our open positions, pre-qualifying them and professionally guiding them through the application process.

Your focus will be mainly on applicants from the sales sector – people who are communicative, motivated, and performance-oriented, and fit into our success-oriented culture.

You will conduct initial telephone interviews, recognize potential, coordinate further steps, and ensure that good candidates are quickly, clearly, and valued through our process.

Aufgaben

✓ Telephone pre-qualification of more detailed applications
✓ Conducting application interviews
✓ Scheduling and coordinating further application steps
✓ Conducting onboarding processes
✓ Maintaining and documenting applicant data in our systems
✓ Close coordination with management and department heads
✓ Ensuring a quick, professional, and valued candidate journey
✓ Supporting the optimization of our Recruiting and application processes

Qualifikation

✓ At least 2 years of experience in HR
✓ You are persuasive and can motivate applicants to stay motivated and engaged throughout the process
✓ You are communicative, people-oriented, and enjoy conducting interviews
✓ You have a good sense of whether people fit into a position and culture
✓ You work structured, reliable, and adhere to clear processes
✓ You are discreet, professional, and respectful in handling applicant data
✓ You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
✓ Important: You can honestly assess people and communicate with them in a valued manner
