We are seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our HR team and help build the talented workforce that powers our mission at Bask Health in areas of Brazil and Egypt. Requirements Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications Utilize applicant tracking systems (workable) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate information Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless experience Maintain accuracy and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, requirements, and job descriptions Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, networking events, etc.) Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes Research, recommend, and implement improvements to our recruitment processes and tools Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible work environment Professional development opportunities And more!
