Recruiter Associate - Shared Services/BPO

Role Summary We're looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our high-performing recruiting team at Bold Business. In this role, you'll support the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to hiring—helping us build scalable talent pipelines across BPO and shared services roles. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for: • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders • Coordinating logistics for interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to inform future hiring strategies • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns • Providing exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and personalized support.
