Al Centro SpA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its internal team. The resource will be inserted at the Cremona branch and will be responsible for searching for qualified personnel, publishing job announcements, verifying the correspondence of resumes with the profiles sought, conducting selection interviews, supporting job placement, managing relationships with client companies, monitoring activities, and reporting. Requirements: - Experience in Selection, preferably within Labor Agencies - Good knowledge of the local labor market - Excellent relational skills - Good ability to use corporate management software. Contract: full-time, indefinite term.
