Recovery Worker

Sounds great, what will I be doing? The role empowers service users to manage their wellbeing, build independence, and achieve personal goals through the delivery of tailored support and interventions. This may include: • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with complex needs; • Developing and delivering individualised recovery plans; • Building relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders; • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery; • Maintaining accurate records of service user interactions and progress. What do I need to bring to the role? To be successful in this role, you will need: • A strong understanding of recovery principles and practices; • Experience working with individuals with complex needs; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances; • Strong organisational and time management skills.
