Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role As a Recovery Partner you will be working with individuals who have experienced physical injury, providing them with emotional support, practical assistance, and advocacy. This may involve working closely with clients' families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. You will also work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote recovery and independence. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their family/whānau. * Provide emotional support and advocacy for clients as they navigate the recovery process. * Work closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. * Collaborate with your team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote recovery and independence. * Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team by sharing your expertise and ideas.
