Description Full-time | Monday to Friday | No weekends or public holidays Start date: Monday 13 April 2026 Bring your Case Management skills About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi We’re growing and looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinators to join our team. You’ll be the key contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, helping them return to independence through tailored support and coordination. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, collaborating with professionals across health, social services, and community sectors. Your expertise will ensure seamless transitions between healthcare providers, rehabilitation services, and other relevant stakeholders. This role is all about building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
