About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Recovery Assistant, you will provide rehabilitation support & services to our clients recovering from injuries to help them return to independence. This role is computer based and involves supporting client's recovery through phone calls, emails and allocated tasks. At times, your role will include: * Having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news* Setting clear expectations around what support we can and cannot provide* Making final decisions in situations that aren't black and whiteWe are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Assistant role. This role has a set start date of 7 April 2026; you'll work fixed hours during this period to ensure you're fully supported as you learn. If successful, you'll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm. About you | Mōu We value potential and growth over perfection. This role is fast-paced and demanding and is best suited to candidates who are comfortable working in this environment.
