Recovery Assistant

About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Recovery Assistant, you will provide rehabilitation support & services to our clients recovering from injuries to help them return to independence. This role is computer based and involves supporting client's recovery through phone calls, emails and allocated tasks. At times, your role will include: * Having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news * Setting clear expectations around what support we can and cannot provide * Making final decisions that may impact the outcome of a client's recovery. You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
