About the Role The R2R Accountant will be responsible for executing month-end close activities, preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and supporting various accounting tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; 3+ years of experience in R2R accounting; Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software systems; Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting regulations; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
