Job Description As part of your career transition to infrastructure and ERP professions, you will join the Roanne service center and work on behalf of a major client in an environment with high operational and technological stakes. In this role, you will work within a team of experts dedicated to the operation, maintenance in operational condition, and continuous improvement of the services delivered. Your Role and Responsibilities: * You will gather needs from users to understand their expectations and challenges. * You will be responsible for the proper functioning and optimization of application tools and ERP systems, particularly SAP. * You will ensure the functional configuration of SAP and oversee its continuous improvement. * You will perform unit tests and support users in validation phases. * You will provide your technical expertise to resolve difficulties encountered by users. * You will write procedures and ensure the updating of the knowledge base. You master procurement processes, purchasing, as well as inventory and item management. You have a good knowledge of invoice control and order tracking mechanisms. You understand the processes related to sales administration. You have knowledge of financial accounting. Qualifications Your Profile: This position is for candidates undergoing a career change, with a strong appetite for technofunctional environments, a rapid learning capacity, and a genuine motivation to evolve in SAP professions. * Graduate of a Bac+2/3 to Bac+5 school in a technology or IT environment, specializing in data management, financial management, or logistics. You wish to enrich your training and specialize as an SAP Technician by joining a 3-month training program within an external organization. * You possess a solid technical foundation acquired through initial development experience in an ERP environment (SAP and others). * Your curiosity and desire to learn have also allowed you to become familiar with one or more of the main SAP modules. You have both technical and functional knowledge. * You are rigorous, methodical, and possess strong synthesis skills. Passionate about information and communication technologies, you are autonomous and creative, and you enjoy working in a team. * You master the following technical skills: databases, SQL, APIs, TCP/IP; analysis & flux processing (SQL), integration testing (test plan), reading log files and error reports, knowledge capitalization methods (BOTs), certificate verification, setup and configuration.... * Proficiency in English is a plus.
